Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau.
You may cancel your contract with Clean Slate Solutions LLC for any reason within three (3) business days from the date you signed it, without any charge or penalty.
Our services
Clean Slate Solutions LLC (doing business as Monica Fixes Credit) helps consumers identify and dispute items on their credit reports that are inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. We are a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
Written contract required
Before we perform any service for you, you will receive and sign a written contract that describes the services to be performed, our total cost, your payment terms, how long it will take to achieve the results, and any guarantee. No services begin and no fees are charged until that contract is signed.
No advance fees; no guarantees
We do not charge for services until they have been performed. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific increase in your credit score, and we will never promise to remove information that is accurate, current, and verifiable. Results not typical; individual results vary.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to dispute only items you believe are inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself, for free, directly with the credit bureaus and furnishers.
Limitation of liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Slate Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions? Contact us at (956) 414-0468.
